FAQs

To help you plan your day out at the Suffolk Garden Show, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions. If you have a question which is not answered here, please call our general enquiries line on 01702 549623, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Tickets

Can I book my tickets online?

Tickets for this year’s event are limited and can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. For full ticket prices click here.

I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?

If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm excluding Bank Holidays. The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national land line. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will normally be included free of charge. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May 2024.

I’ve booked the wrong date on my tickets! Can I amend the booking?

Yes, as long as the show hasn’t sold out, we should be able to accommodate you. Please email support@yourticketbooking.com with your Booking Reference Number and the team will be able to assist you. Please note that tickets can only be used once and are non transferable to another show.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Ideally we prefer all of our customers to print their tickets, but if you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.

Do you offer group ticket rates?

Yes, special group rates are available for parties of 10 or more. For more details click here

I can no longer attend – can I get a refund?

We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

I can’t find my ticket confirmation email – what should I do?

Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.

Does my ticket to the Garden Show also get me access to the All About Dogs Show Suffolk?

Yes, your ticket to the Suffolk Garden Show will also give you access to the All About Dogs Show Suffolk on the same day of entry – that’s two shows for the price of one! Please note that the All About Dogs Show is a two day event taking place on Sunday 20th and Monday 21st April 2025 only.

Parking & Transport

Is there an additional charge for parking?

No, parking at Trinity Park is free for visitors to the Suffolk Garden Show. Please follow the directions from the car park marshals on the day and only park in the designated event car park area or you could be charged.

How far is the car park from the House entrance?

The main event car park is roughly a five minute walk to the House entrance.

Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?

Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the Showground entrance. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. However, we advise arriving early as Blue Badge parking is limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Is the show accessible by public transport?

The Show

Does the show take place inside or outside?

The Suffolk Garden Show takes place both inside the Barns at Trinity Park and outside on the Showground.

What’s the ground like?

The ground that the show will be taking place on is flat with concrete paths, however please note that some outside stands will be on grass.

Will there be toilets and disabled toilet facilities?

Yes, there will be several public toilets available including disabled toilet facilities.

Are dogs allowed in the grounds?

Yes, dogs are welcome on leads at the show. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the Showground.

Can I enter the Show more than once during my visit?

Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.

Will food and drink be available at the show?

Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments.

Can we bring a picnic?

Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Showground.

Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.

In the interests of hygiene make sure you pick up after your dog. Any photos taken by a member of Aztec Shows LLP may be used in future for promotion of the show. Visitors are reminded that the terrain of the show may be unstable please be aware of the possibility of slips, trips and falls.
